Hi, I’m kali.

I am an organizational leader, social impact trainer and impact data analyst.

I have over 12 years of experience assisting organizations and businesses with their impact measurement journey. Inspired by being the daughter of a small business owner and my passion for creating positive change, I’m committed to playing an active role in creating an inclusive economy focused on wellbeing.

Before my consulting work, I served in various roles including the Co-Director of Certification & Verification at B Lab Global, a non-profit that serves people using business as a force for good through the B Corp Certification and as Technical Lead for Scotland CAN B, an organization focused on leveraging the role of business towards building a Wellbeing Economy in Scotland. You can check out my other partnerships and clients here.

I completed a Masters in Social Business & Microfinance from Glasgow Caledonian University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business at Eastern University with a focus on Economic Development and I hold a Certificate in Management and Leadership from Temple University.

I work remotely in Pennsylvania, USA where I am married to my best friend, and enjoy walking my dog Benny, drinking tea and Scottish gin and exploring new places.

My Approach:

The world is riddled with big challenges and business often plays the villain in this reality. What if we could work together to use this power for good? What if organizations and businesses existed for more than getting that next funding or for profit? What if impact was built into their strategy, reported on and used as a tool for engagement? I believe it can and have seen it happen time and time again!

if it’s part of your strategy, it’s more likely to stay.

Creating positive change is vital. Should it not then be in your strategy? And should your staff not also be trained and well versed in it? It has to be practical and it has to be powerful.

innovative measurement must involve stakeholders.

We should collaborate with our stakeholders to tell us what matters and then measure it. Data is gold. It helps us make better decisions, improve and put resources to best use!

Purpose:

To support organizations and businesses to embed impact into their culture and strategy through education, strategic consulting and measurement & management.
